Partner terms

The short version

These are the terms you accept when you make a Calm Joints QR. Plain language. Questions go to info@calmjoints.org.

1. Post only where you’re allowed. Put posters where you have permission, or where the rules allow it. Respect property owners, transit authorities and city bylaws. You pick the spot. We don’t assign one.
2. Your posters are yours. You’re responsible for them, and for anything you add or say.
3. If someone complains, we ask once. We’ll ask you to take that poster down. You agree to take it down promptly. We don’t patrol beyond that notice.
4. Your code is yours. Scans and bookings through it count to you. You never see patient names or health details. Your dashboard shows counts and amounts only. Completed bookings are confirmed monthly.
5. Your share. It’s 25% of partnership profit on visits booked through your code, including later visits from the same person. Partnership profit is what’s billed, minus physiotherapist pay and card fees. That’s the same share as the Calm Joints QR offer. We pay out once more than $500 is owed. Smaller amounts carry forward. We don’t take bank details on this site. When you have something to pay, you add payout details on our payment provider’s secure page.
6. Don’t mislead anyone. No medical claims, no promises about results, and don’t say you work for Calm Joints. Use the poster we give you.
7. We can stop it. We can end this at any time, and we can remove credit for scans or bookings that look fraudulent.
8. Tax. We may need tax information before a payout. In Canada, $500 or more in a year may be reported on a T4A. You handle your own taxes.
